This is specifically designed for a wide variety of development projects, be it single residential plots, a housing estate project or industrial and commercial units. This type of finance is also available for conversion, restoration and renovation projects.

Development lending is based on the projects final Gross Development Value (GDV), that is the capital value of the completed project when sold to a willing purchaser on the open market.

With that in mind it allows for lending on a much larger scale and if the development should increase in value as the project progresses, further funds may be released, allowing up to 100% of the construction costs!
